Laser forms, even if offered in multiple carbonless parts, are not bound together and need to be inserted one at a time in the printer. If several bins are available, each sheet can be placed in a different bin. The reason for this is that a laser or inkjet printer will not press through the copy sheets.

These computer forms require you to provide camera-ready artwork or a detailed sketch of what you need (word or excel files are ok). They are printed up to 3 ink colors and can be numbered. Computer forms are versatile and affordable so that you can use them as invoices, statements or anything that will need to be finalized on your software. If you use a specific software, we will ask you to mail a printout with xxx in all fields so we can perfectly align your laser forms with your software. Our laser forms are compatible with major software like Quickbooks®, Quicken® or Sage but also with any other software out there. To test your software on your own, you can also request a sample of this form, photocopy it and try aligning your software with some tweaking.
