For this reason, they are sometimes called snap apart forms, tear off forms or tear apart forms. The pre-perforated stub is always on the short side for practical reasons.

These carbonless forms require you to either provide camera-ready artwork or a detailed sketch of what you need (word or excel file is ok). They are printed up to 3 ink colors and can be consecutively numbered.
