Finished size is 12" wide by 9.5" tall. Bottom panel is 12" wide by 9.5" tall with slit for closure, middle panel is 12" wide by 9.5" tall with slits to hold an 11" wide by 8.5" tall certificate. Top flap is custom shaped with tab for closure, 3" at the tallest. Ships flat/unfolded.
