How long does it take to receive my order?

The turnaround time varies by product. Each product will show you a turnaround time tab that will give you the estimated number of days you will have to wait to receive your order. We offer different shipping methods for your convenience: UPS Ground, UPS Second Day Air and UPS Next Day Air.

Depending on the shipping method you choose, you will need to add anywhere from 1 to 6 days for delivery once the product has left our facility.

You may review our detailed turnaround charts but generally, the following processing times are valid:

Customized items: 3 business days without a logo - 7 business days with a custom logo
Your own design items: 9-10 business days

May I get my order sooner?

We can only accept rush orders on products with your own design. Custom items (except for checks) CANNOT be rushed.

The shipping method, however, can be expedited on all orders. Keep in mind that a custom product ordered with Next Day Air shipping will still take anywhere from 3 (no logo) to 7 days (custom logo) to be shipped, meaning you will receive the order in 3 or 8 days. Next Day Air shipping does not mean that you receive your order the next day. Similarly, products that are not printed will still take 2 days to ship out.

How long is the processing time with a rush?

These are the current estimated turnaround times per product category:

Customized Checks: 24-48 hours

Your Own Design Products: 6 days after proof approval, 1 day for proof

Full Color Products: check specifics on product

Can I get my order tomorrow?

The ONLY product that we carry that can be shipped the same day is a business check that is customized online and ordered with a paid rush by 5pm EST. Next day air shipping must have also been selected as an option.
