Guarantee Policy

We strive to make our online experience a pleasant one, so, Smart Resolution customers are covered by one of the strongest guarantees in the industry.

We will provide a replacement, discount or full refund, including any shipping charges paid, for products found to contain errors we made. If not completely satisfied with a product, we will replace, discount or refund the order.  

We are not responsible for punctuation, spelling or grammatical errors, inferior quality or low resolution images received or errors made on your end or from a lack of careful proof review. If the order is incorrect due to errors in supplied files or instructions, we can reprint with a 50% courtesy discount. 

Returned orders may however be subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Orders valued at $1,500.00 or greater, are not covered by the above terms. We encourage customers to review proofs carefully, before final proof approval, to ensure accuracy. 

Our liability does not extend beyond a replacement, credit or refund for our products. The above warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties and representations, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchant ability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Exceptions include:

- Orders over $1,500. These orders require extra care and attention. Proofs will be sent to avoid any issues.
- Corporate kits & seals (unless we are clearly at fault)
- Full color orders (unless we are clearly at fault)
- Labels with your own design (unless we are clearly at fault) 

The guarantee covers STOCK, CUSTOMIZED and PRODUCTS WITH YOUR OWN DESIGN in the following categories:

• Business Forms
• Checks
• Orders with Your Own Design (up to 2 ink colors)
• Holiday Cards
• Customized Labels
• Letterheads, Envelopes & Business Cards
• Promotional Items
• Tax Forms

The guarantee can also cover delivery issues, such as weather-related damages to an order. 

Items that were not printed will need to be shipped back or delivery will need to be refused before a refund can be issued. It will be issued once the item is back in stock. There is a 20% restocking fee to be charged to the customer. 

The guarantee excludes:

• Corporate Kits & Supplies
• Labels with Your Own Design
• Full Color Products
